Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah berkembang pesat, termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan. Salah satu inovasi yang menjanjikan adalah penggunaan machine learning dalam sistem pakar untuk diagnosis penyakit jantung. Penyakit jantung merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia, sehingga penting untuk memiliki sistem yang dapat membantu dalam diagnosis yang akurat dan cepat. Artikel ini membahas implementasi machine learning dalam meningkatkan akurasi sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit jantung berbasis Android, serta tantangan dan manfaat yang mungkin dihadapi. Hasil dari penerapan metode forward chaining ini berupa aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa jantung. Platform Android dipilih karena Android sedang berada di puncak penjualan smartphone. Pengguna smartphone android dapat dikatakan banyak sehingga pengguna dapat menerima informasi dan mendiagnosa awal penyakit jantung berdasarkan hasil hitungan dari sebuah hipotesa.
