SISTEM INFORMASI PENJADWALAN KULIAH BERBASIS WEB STUDI KASUS FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS UBUDIYAH INDONESIA

Abstrak
Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia adalah salah satu universitas yang terletak di Banda Aceh yang memiliki tiga fakultas yang terdiri dari Fakultas Sosial Sains dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi dan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan dengan jumlah mahasiswa lebih dari 700 orang. Namun, keterbatasan ruang kuliah menjadi kendala dalam pengaturan jadwal kuliah yang sering kali sulit dilakukan dan rentan terhadap kesalahan seperti terjadinya bentrok jadwal, kesalahan dalam pengimputan serta membutuhkan waktu serta proses yang lama untuk dapat memeriksa data penjadwalan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan sistem penjadwalan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Algoritma Genetika. Algoritma ini bekerja dengan memilah solusi terbaik berdasarkan nilai fitness untuk menghasilkan penjadwalan yang optimal. Sistem ini mempermudah proses penjadwalan kuliah dengan dapat membuat jadwal secara otomatis, memastikan alokasi ruang yang efisien, serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam proses pengaturan jadwal. Dengan penerapan aplikasi ini, proses pengimputan jadwal kuliah di Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia berjalan lebih efesien dan minim dari kesalahan yang membuat pekerjaan pihak akademik menjadi lebih mudah.
