Abstrak - CV. Virtual Computer merupakan toko komputer yang maju akan penjualan dan service nya di kota Banda Aceh. Dengan perkembangan toko komputer tersebut yang dikelola oleh Aldi Feriyal Farid selaku direktur di perusahaan tersebut, maka perkembangan semakin hari semakin meningkat, baik dari segi peningkatan jumlah penjualan maupun servisan. Disamping itu, terdapat beberapa kegiatan seperti pendataan servis dan pelaporan perbulannya. Namun kegiatan pendataan dan pelaporan data servis yang masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu pendataan service yang masih menggunakan cara tulis kedalam bon servis, pencarian data yang sulit karena harus mencari data satu persatu di dalam bon service dan rekapan laporan perbulan yang masih harus di input satu persatu kedalam excel ataupun word dan dapat mengakibatkan kecurangan pada bagian service. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen pendataan service pada CV. Virtual Computer berbasis web menggunakan framework codeigniter 3. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil akhir yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah pegawai admin dan teknisi dalam mengelola data servisan sehingga lebih efektif, cepat dan akurat.
