E-PROPOSAL BIBIT IKAN BAGI MASYARAKAT DI DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN KABUPATEN PIDIE BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstrak

Abstrak- Tugas pokok dan fungsi dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Pidie, salah satunya yaitu bidang perikanan budidaya yang memiliki tugas pokok sebagai penyalur bantuan sarana dan prasarana bibit ikan kepada masyarakat kabupaten pidie. Tujuan kegiatan penyaluran bibit ikan dilaksanakan dalam rangka mendukung kinerja utama masyarakat dalam kelangsungan usahanya sebagai pembudidaya ikan. Proses penyaluran bantuan sarana dan prasarana bibit ikan memiliki beberapa petunjuk teknis agar bantuan bibit ikan dapat di salurkan, diawali dengan melengkapi berkas administrasi berupa KTP, Surat Rekomendasi Keuchik dilanjutkan dengan membuat proposal yang ditujukan kepada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan dengan maksud permintaan bantuan bibit ikan, kemudian berkas akan di periksa hingga akhirnya pihak dinas akan terjun ke lokasi kelompok tani untuk tahap lebih lanjut. Namun, dalam rangka pembuatan proposal masyarakat mendapatkan kendala dari segi pembuatan proposal, dikarenakan masyarakat kurang mengetahui dalam membuat format proposal permintaan bantuan bibit ikan, sehingga mengakibatkan pihak dinas sulit untuk memberikan bantuan penyaluran bibit ikan. Berdasarkan pemaparan tersebut, hasil yang didapatkan adalah merancang sebuah sistem permintaan bibit ikan berbasis website yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh masyarakat. Sistem ini masih mengikuti petunjuk teknis dari Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan dan terdapat fitur E-proposal yang langsung ter-sinkron dengan database admin Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu lagi untuk membuat proposal secara manual, Ketika data/berkas yang diperlukan telah lengkap terisi, maka E-proposal akan otomatis terbuat. Dan juga dapat memudahkan pihak dinas dalam memberikan bantuan bibit ikan serta dalam melakukan rekapitulasi laporan
