Abstrak

ABSTRAK Yayasan Islam Media Kasih merupakan salah satu lembaga yang bergerak dibidang pengasuhan anak yatim/yatim-piatu/dhuafa. Yayasan ini beralamat di Seutui, Kec. Baiturrahman, Kota Banda Aceh. Pada saat ini, Yayasan Islam Media Kasih mengasuh total 45 anak yang diantaranya 21 laki-laki dan 24 perempuan yang terdiri dari berbagai tingkat pendidikan, mulai dari bayi hingga mahasiswa. Yayasan Islam Media Kasih didirikan sejak 1991 dan diketuai oleh ibu Hj. Dewi Alamsyah. Dalam hal mengasuh anak, Yayasan Islam Media Kasih mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk terus memberikan pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial kepada anak asuhnya, baik dari keperluan pendidikan, kebutuhan pokok sampai dengan operasional kegiatan anak asuh dan panti asuhan. Tentunya untuk mencukupi segala kebutuhan tersebut, yayasan memerlukan donasi dari berbagai kalangan, mengingat hanya donatur sumber pemasukan yayasan selama ini. Namun sulit untuk mendapatkan donatur yang ingin menyumbang ke panti asuhan, dikarenakan tidak adanya informasi detail mengenai layanan donasi pada Yayasan Islam Media Kasih, informasi mengenai layanan donasi hanya melalui mulut ke mulut sehingga terhambatnya donatur untuk menyumbang ke Yayasan Islam Media Kasih. Donasi yang telah didapatkan selama ini juga hanya dicatat pada buku kas yayasan, termasuk catatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran panti. peneliti mencoba untuk merancang sebuat sistem informasi manajemen keuangan pengelolaan donasi berbasis website yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pengelola Yayasan Islam Media kasih. Sistem ini nantinya memiliki fitur untuk mempromosikan Yayasan Islam Media Kasih, menginformasikan layanan donasi, dan pencatatan pemasukan serta pengeluaran yayasan. Sehingga pihak yayasan tidak perlu lagi mencatat donasi, pemasukan dan pengeluaran pada buku kas yayasan, dan juga memudahkan untuk melakukan pelaporan mengenai donasi yang telah masuk selama ini. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak yayasan dalam mengelola keuangan dan memudahkan para donatur untuk menyumbang segala kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh yayasan. Sehingga Yayasan Islam Media Kasih dapat terus memberikan kesejahteraan kepada anak asuhnya. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Donatur, Donasi, Manajemen Keuangan
