Abstrak

Abstrak— Pelayanan pelanggan yang efisien dan berbasis data merupakan kebutuhan krusial bagi operasional perusahaan penyedia jasa publik seperti PT PLN (Persero). Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data monitoring daftar tunggu pelanggan, yang saat ini hanya tersedia dalam format spreadsheet dan menyulitkan analisis real-time. Menyadari urgensi ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengolah dan memvisualisasikan data daftar tunggu pelanggan sebagai implementasi sistem informasi menggunakan Google Looker Studio. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, didukung oleh teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap data internal PLN. Data awal diperoleh dari Bagian Niaga dan Pemasaran PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lhokseumawe, kemudian diproses lebih lanjut menggunakan Google Sheets sebelum divisualisasikan secara komprehensif melalui dashboard interaktif di Google Looker Studio. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah dashboard visual yang menyajikan informasi penting terkait jumlah permintaan layanan, status penyelesaian, jenis layanan, durasi pelayanan, dan sebaran permohonan antar Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP). Visualisasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur interaktif seperti filter berdasarkan waktu, jenis transaksi, dan ULP, serta penerapan formula logika (IF, CASE WHEN, dan SUM) untuk mendukung analisis mendalam. Keberadaan dashboard ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi monitoring, transparansi informasi, dan mendukung proses evaluasi kinerja yang lebih data-driven. Dengan sistem visualisasi data ini, Bagian Niaga dan Pemasaran dapat mengambil keputusan secara lebih cepat dan tepat, sekaligus menjadikan informasi backlog pelanggan lebih mudah dipahami oleh seluruh tim internal. Proyek ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi melalui business intelligence tools dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengelolaan layanan pelanggan dan peningkatan performa Perusahaan.
