ANALISA KEBUTUHAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDATAAN BARANG MASUK DAN KELUAR PADA BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN KOTA BANDA ACEH MENGGUNAKAN METODE JOINT APPLICATION DESCRIPTION (JAD)

Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Kota Banda Aceh memiliki peran penting dalam mengelola pendataan barang masuk dan keluar guna mendukung operasional pemerintahan. Namun, sistem pencatatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan berbagai kendala, seperti ketidaktepatan data, kesulitan dalam pelacakan stok, proses pelaporan yang tidak efisien, serta risiko kehilangan atau duplikasi informasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna dan merancang Sistem Informasi Pendataan Barang Masuk dan Keluar dengan menggunakan metode Joint Application Development (JAD).Metode JAD dipilih karena memungkinkan kolaborasi langsung antara pemangku kepentingan dan tim pengembang dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem, memastikan bahwa rancangan yang dibuat benar-benar sesuai dengan proses bisnis yang ada. Sistem yang dikembangkan akan memiliki fitur utama seperti pencatatan otomatis barang masuk dan keluar, pemantauan stok secara real-time, serta pembuatan laporan digital yang lebih cepat dan akurat.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan barang di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Kota Banda Aceh, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses administrasi, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam distribusi barang operasional.
