PENGEMBANGAN WEBGIS UNTUK MONITORING LOKASI PENGUNGSIAN SAAT BENCANA

Bencana alam merupakan peristiwa yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian besar serta membutuhkan penanganan yang cepat dan tepat, khususnya dalam penyediaan informasi lokasi pengungsian bagi masyarakat terdampak. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah keterlambatan informasi mengenai lokasi pengungsian, kapasitas, serta fasilitas yang tersedia sehingga menyulitkan proses evakuasi dan koordinasi antar pihak terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem WebGIS untuk monitoring lokasi pengungsian saat bencana yang mampu menyajikan informasi lokasi pengungsian secara visual melalui peta digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk pengelolaan data spasial dan non-spasial. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan pengguna seperti petugas, administrator, dan masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi lokasi pengungsian, kapasitas pengungsi, fasilitas yang tersedia, serta kondisi terkini lokasi pengungsian secara real-time. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem WebGIS yang dapat membantu pemerintah dan pihak terkait dalam melakukan monitoring lokasi pengungsian secara lebih efektif serta mempermudah masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi lokasi pengungsian saat terjadi bencana.
