SISTEM CONTROLING PENJEMPUTAN SISWA/I PAUD AS-SAJADAH NEUSU ACEH MENGGUNAKAN QUICK RESPONSE (QR) CODE BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

– Modus penculikan yang sering terjadi pelaku berpura-pura mengaku sebagai kerabat atau keluarga yang ingin menjemput yang mana bagi beberapa sekolah hal ini tidak dikonfirmasi secara ketat. Akibatnya, anak-anak yang umumnya belum mengetahui apa-apa biasanya mengikuti saja perkataan dari pelaku meskipun belum secara pasti mengenal siapa penjemputnya. Oleh karena itu dengan permasalahan ini dibuat suatu solusi yaitu dengan membuat Sistem Controling Penjemputan Siswa/i Paud As-Sajadah Neusu Aceh Menggunakan Quick Response (QR) Code Berbasis Android. Secara keseluruhan sistem dikendalikan oleh admin WEB yang berstatus sebagai staf Administrasi pada sekolah tersebut. Aplikasi android berfungsi sebagai alat pertukaran data antara penjemput dan guru, jika penjemput ingin menjemput siswa/i pada paud as-sajadah langkah awalnya penjemput memberikan QR Code yang berada pada aplikasi penjemput, setalah itu pihak guru dapat meihat data penjemput melelalui hasil penyescannan QR Code penjemput, jika penjemput itu adalah orangtua siswa/i sendiri maka orang tua harus login ke aplikasi orang tua, dan guru akan memeberikan notifikasi kepada wali, dan begitu juga sebaliknya . Hasil pengujian juga menunjukkan aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Apikasi sudah mampu melakukan pengenalan penjemput dimana proses pengenalan identitas masih bersifat konvensional menjadi otomatis, kesalahan dalam penjemputan siswa/i dapat diminimalisir dan diharapkan dapat mengurangi resiko penculikan karena kurangnya keamanan dalam penjagaan pada Paud As-Sajadah.
