Abstract

Abstrak— Penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kemampuan karyawan dalam bekerja. PMKS PT.Sisirau belum memiliki sistem informasi penilaian kinerja karyawan yang terkomputerisasi untuk mempermudah penilaian kinerja dan pengolahan data karyawan. Maka penulis bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menerapkan sistem informasi berbasis web. Sistem informasi penilaian kinerja karyawan ini dapat mengelola data karyawan dengan baik agar mengefisensikan proses penilaian kinerja dan mempercepat waktu serta meminimalisasi kesalahan saat memasukkan data.
