SISTEM PAKAR BERBASIS WEB UNTUK DIAGNOSIS MALARIA, DEMAM BERDARAH, DAN CAMPAK MENGGUNAKAN METODE PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN FUZZY MULTIPLE CRITERIA

Abstrak— Ketidak hadiran seorang dokter dalam menganalisa penyakit demam yang diderita pasien dan posisi yang jauh dari tempat pelayanan kesehatan, dapat mengakibatkan proses penaganan penyakit menjadi terhambat. Bahkan dapat mengakibatkan hal yang fatal bagi pasien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit malaria, demam berdarah dengue dan campak. Metode sistem pakar yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making. Sistem yang dibangun akan dapat membantu user supaya dapat mengetahui penyakit demam yang diderita. Implementasi sistem pakar dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta software pendukung lainnya seperti XAMPP, Sublime Text2. Pada penelitian ini, tingkat keberhasilan sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit malaria, demam berdarah dan campak pada manusia adalah sebesar 80 %.

Abstract— The absence of a doctor in analyzing the patient's fever and position far from the health service can result in the process of disease management being hampered. It can even result in fatal things for the patient. Based on these problems, an expert system was created to diagnose malaria, dengue hemorrhagic fever and measles. The expert system method used in this research is Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making. The system that is built will be able to help the user so that he can find out the fever he is suffering from. The implementation of the expert system is made with the PHP programming language and other supporting software such as XAMPP, Sublime Text2. In this study, the success rate of the expert system for diagnosing malaria, dengue fever and measles in humans was 80%.
