Abstract

Abstak - Inovasi aplikasi di bidang teknologi pada situasi gawat darurat khususnya di Banda Aceh, merupakan suatu hal yang penting apabila dapat memberikan penanganan cepat dan tepat untuk mempermudah pertolongan. Berbagai kondisi dan fenomena tersebut mengharuskan adanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan melalui sarana dan prasarana untuk mempermudah masyarakat menangani kondisi darurat serta pelayanan yang efektif melalui aplikasi berupa sistem informasi nomor call center dan pelayanan gawat darurat terdekat berdasarkan lokasi dan diarahkan langsung Google Maps. Banyaknya terjadi angka kebakaran dan juga kasus kriminal dari pihak emergency terkait pada wilayah Banda Aceh sebanyak 52 penyelematan pada evakuasi korban kebakaran dan juga 24 kasus yang di tangani oleh kepolisian dibawah tanggung jawab polsek lueng bata pada tahun 2022. Maka dari itu permasalahan korban yang di dapatkan dilapangan belum adanya aplikasi yang mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi layanan nomor emergency call center maupun sektor terkait. Maka tertarik membuat aplikasi dengan judul “ Panic Button Emergency Call Center berbasis Android†dengan hasil membantu masyarakat untuk melaporkan kejadian dengan mengakses nomor call center layanan emergency maupun sektor serta memudahkan dalam menentukan layanan terdekat dengan bantuan API Googole Maps yang berfungsi penunjuk lokasi seperti pemadam, kepolisian, dan rumah sakit pada saat situasi darurat.

Kata Kunci : Google Maps API, Panic Button, Emergency, Android.

Abstrac - Application innovation in the field of technology in emergency situations, especially in Banda Aceh, is an important thing if it can provide fast and appropriate treatment to facilitate assistance. These various conditions and phenomena require an increase in service quality through facilities and infrastructure to make it easier for the community to handle emergency conditions and effective services through applications in the form of a call center number information system and the nearest emergency service based on location and directed directly on Google Maps. The number of fires and also criminal cases from related emergency parties in the Banda Aceh area as many as 52 rescues in the evacuation of fire victims and also 24 cases handled by the police under the responsibility of the Lueng bata police station in 2022. Therefore the problem of victims is obtained In the field, there is no application that makes it easier for the public to get information on emergency call center number services and related sectors. So the author is interested in raising the title "Panic Button Emergency Call Center based on Android" the results are expected to be able to help the public to report incidents by accessing emergency service call center numbers and sectors and make it easier to determine the nearest service with the help of the Googole Maps API which functions as a location indicator such as fire extinguishers, police, and hospitals in emergency situations.
