Abstrak - Kapal merupakan salah satu sarana transportasi penyeberangan utama antar pulau di Indonesia khususnya di Provinsi Aceh dan Kabupaten Simeulue. Kabupaten Simeulue merupakan wilayah administratif dari Provinsi Aceh yang letaknya jauh dari daratan Sumatera. Dimana wilayah Kabupaten Simeulue dikelilingi oleh laut. Sehingga moda transportasi laut merupakan salah satu transportasi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintahan Simeulue untuk melakukan perjalanan ke berbagai daerah di Provinsi Aceh. Selain itu, keberadaan transportasi laut di kabupaten Simeulue berdampak pada aktivitas perdagangan, industri, wisata dan ekonomi kreatif masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Salah permasalahan dalam penjadwalan adalah waktu tunggu antara kedatangan kapal masih diperkirakan cukup lama. Hal Ini disebabkan tidak adanya ketepatan jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan kapal rute Simeulue-Calang. Salah satu penyelesaian masalah ketepatan dan keberangkatan jadwal keberangkatan yaitu penyampaian sistem informasi jadwal keberangkatan kapal yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hal ini maka perlu untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis website yang memberikan informasi dalam pencarian jadwal kapal laut secara lebih mudah dan cepat. Hasil dari penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat memudahkan proses pengolahan data, pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan serta mengintegrasikan data dan informasi secara online. Aplikasi yang telah dirancang sudah bebas dari kelemahan-kelemahan yang dapat menyebabkan program tidak dapat berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan.

Abstract- Ships are one of the main means of transportation between islands in Indonesia, especially in Aceh Province and Simeulue Regency. Simeulue Regency is an administrative region of Aceh Province which is located far from mainland Sumatra. Where the Simeulue Regency area is surrounded by the sea. So that the sea transportation mode is one of the transportations used by the people and government of Simeulue to travel to various areas in Aceh Province. In addition, the existence of sea transportation in Simeulue district has an impact on trade, industry, tourism and the creative economy of the people in the region. One of the problems in scheduling is that the waiting time between ship arrivals is still expected to be quite long. This is due to the absence of exact departure and arrival schedules for ships on the Simeulue-Calang route. One solution to the problem of accuracy and departure schedule is the delivery of an effective and efficient ship departure schedule information system. Based on this, it is necessary to design a website-based information system that provides information in searching for ship schedules more easily and quickly. The results of the research conclude that the information system created can facilitate the process of processing data, searching for data and creating reports as well as integrating data and information online. The application that has been designed is free from weaknesses that can cause the program to not run as expected.
