Functional system requirement analysis is one of the most crucial parts of developing a system or application. Normally, the functional requirements of the system can be directly identified from prospective system users. One method applied to obtain good system functionality requirements is by using the Viewpoint Oriented Requirement Definition (VORD) method. With the VORD method, requirements are obtained directly from the user's perspective. To obtain information directly from prospective system users, the Proto Personas Method can be used as a tool for interaction. The results of the requirements are mapped out and presented in the form of Use Case Diagrams to illustrate the system functionality provided to prospective users. The final outcome of this research is to produce a clear requirements document that can be used as a reference for developing an information system application for the service satisfaction of the Class I Immigration Office TPI Banda Aceh.
