Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi yang efektif dan efisien merupakan aspek krusial dalam kinerja lembaga pemerintahan, terutama pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Aceh yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan informasi publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen tata usaha guna mendigitalisasi proses administrasi, mengoptimalkan alur kerja, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi pengelolaan dokumen. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi yang terintegrasi mampu mengurangi waktu proses, meminimalisasi kesalahan pencatatan, dan mempercepat akses informasi internal. Selain itu, sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja administrasi, yang pada akhirnya mendukung terciptanya pelayanan publik yang lebih responsif dan akuntabel. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi instansi pemerintah lain dalam mewujudkan transformasi digital di sektor administrasi.
