APLIKASI AUDIT DAN PENGENDALIAN FREKUENSI BERBASIS WEB

Balai Monitoring Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Banda Aceh memiliki peran vital dalam menjaga keteraturan penggunaan spektrum frekuensi di wilayah Provinsi Aceh. Namun, proses audit dan pengendalian frekuensi yang masih dilakukan secara manual atau semi-digital menyebabkan keterbatasan dalam efisiensi kerja, akurasi data, dan kecepatan respons terhadap gangguan frekuensi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah Aplikasi Audit dan Pengendalian Frekuensi berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk mendigitalisasi proses pengawasan spektrum secara menyeluruh. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan fitur utama seperti pencatatan hasil audit, pelaporan gangguan frekuensi, dan visualisasi data pemantauan secara real-time. Metodologi pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja petugas Balmon, mempermudah pelacakan data, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengendalian frekuensi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung transformasi digital pengawasan spektrum di wilayah kerja Balmon Banda Aceh
