Abstract

kecelakaan lalulintas menjadi penyebab kematian ketiga di negara Indonesia. Banda Aceh khususnya jumlah tingkat kecelkaan dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017 berjumlah 551 terbagi atas luka berat, luka ringan dan meninggal dunia. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan masih banyak masyarakat kota Banda Aceh tidak mengetahui daerah- daerah yang rawan kecelakaan sehingga fokus kehati-hatian pengendara pada daerah tersebut tidaklah menjadi sesuatu yang diperhatikan dan hal ini dukung dengan belum adanya informasi secara online atau digital dari pihak dinas terkait yaitu dinas Perhubungan  dan  Kepolisian.  Guna  mengatasi  permasalahan  tersebut  dibutuhkan sebuah sitem pemetaaa daerah rawan kecelakaan khusus kota Banda Aceh berbasis web, shingga masyarakat dapat melihat daerah-daerah rawan kecelakan yang ada pada kota Banda  Aceh.  Hal  ini  dapat  membantu  dinas  terkait  dalam  penyampaian  informasi kepada masyarakat terkait lokasi rawran kecelakaan.
