ANALISA KEBUTUHAN APLIKASI BIMBINGAN PEMBIMBING AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS UBUDIYAH INDONESIA

Di era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang cepat, institusi pendidikan, termasuk Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia, dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk mengadaptasi sistem layanan yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswa, khususnya dalam bimbingan akademik. Bimbingan akademik memiliki peran penting dalam membantu mahasiswa meraih tujuan akademik dan karier, namun semakin bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa menambah kompleksitas tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pembimbing akademik. Proses pengelolaan data bimbingan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering kali berujung pada ketidakefisienan, kesalahan informasi, dan sulitnya akses data, yang semuanya dapat mempengaruhi kualitas bimbingan dan kepuasan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan terhadap aplikasi bimbingan akademik yang dapat memfasilitasi proses bimbingan secara terstruktur dan sistematis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan-kebutuhan spesifik pengguna, memahami konteks dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh pembimbing akademik, serta merancang solusi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik dan mendukung prestasi mahasiswa. Dengan pengembangan aplikasi yang tepat, diharapkan proses bimbingan akademik di Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia akan lebih efisien dan efektif, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pencapaian akademik mahasiswa.
