MULTIMEDIA DENGAN PENDEKATAN CYBERFEMINISM UNTUK PEMBERDAYAAN GURU PEREMPUAN

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong pemanfaatan multimedia interaktif yang mengintegrasikan teks, grafis, audio, video, animasi, dan interaktivitas berbasis sistem digital. Namun, keterlibatan guru perempuan dalam perancangan dan pemanfaatan multimedia masih belum optimal, sementara sebagian besar multimedia dikembangkan dengan pendekatan teknis yang netral gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis multimedia dengan pendekatan cyberfeminism serta kontribusinya terhadap pemberdayaan guru perempuan dalam ruang digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi literatur dengan menelaah publikasi ilmiah terkait multimedia digital, interaksi manusia–komputer, cyberfeminism, dan teknologi pendidikan. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik multimedia, pola interaksi pengguna, serta prinsip desain yang mendukung partisipasi dan kontrol pengguna perempuan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia dengan pendekatan cyberfeminism menekankan aspek interaktivitas, aksesibilitas, user-centered design, dan peluang produksi konten digital oleh guru perempuan, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kompetensi digital, kepercayaan diri, dan otonomi profesional.
