Abstract

Pelakasanaan pembangunan proyek Rest Area di ruas tol Banda Aceh-Medan yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk yang sekarang sudah dilaksanakan dan dalam proses finishing. Rest Area yang merupakan bagian kesatuan dari proyek pembangunan Tol yang berfungsi sebagai tempat istirahat baik untuk pengemudi, penumpang maupun kendaraan. Rest Area merupakan sebuah fasilitas yang dilengkapi dengan area istirahat sejenak, tempat beribadah, tempat makan dan fasilitas lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan evaluasi dari hasil akhir proyek pembangunan tersebut rest area tol sigli-Banda Aceh yang berlokasi di Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Ruas Sigli-Banda Aceh. Dalam pelaksanaan nya perlu di tinjau dan di analisis dari proses pembangunan yang sudah tahap finishing dari segi kelayakan dan memenuhi standar dari bangunan yang fungsional dari segi kekuatan dan kenyamanan pemakai nya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis meninjau dari aspek atap, plafond dan dinding. Untuk metode penelitian dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan dengan pengumpulan data dari hasil pelaksanaan sesuai dengan standar teknik pemasangan, material serta hasil akhir dari pembangunan proyek tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi dari tahapan awal sampai pelaksanaan pembangunan dan memfoskuskan pada kualitas konstruksi, kelengkapan infrastuktur serta menganalisis manajemen proyek pembangunan sampai proses finishing oleh pihak pembangun PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk.
