PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP TINDAKAN BULLYING DI KALANGAN SEKOLAH SMKN 1 SABANG
Abstract
Perundungan atau Bullying yang tidak asing lagi ditelinga masyarakat. Perundungan atau Bullying merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan yang terjadi pada remaja. Bullying merupakn bentuk prilaku kekerasan dengan adanya kekuasaan untuk menyakiti seseorang atau sekelompok secara verbal, fisik, maupun psikologis korban. Maka dari itu dukungan dari keluarga sangat dibutuhkan oleh korban Bullying. Didalam bermasyarakat kita melihat bahwa masih banyak kasus Bullying yang terjadi di sekolah-sekolah. tindakan dapat mengakibatkan depresi, penurunan prestasi akademik. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui Faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya tindakan Bullying di sekolah, dan untuk mengetahui Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru yang terlibat dalam menangani kasus kasus bullying. Dalam penelitian ini, Penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yaitu objek penelitian langsung pada Sekolah SMKN 1 Sabang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian kualitatif merupakan salah satu prosedur penelitian yang mengasilkan data deskriptif berupa ucapan dari orang-orang yang diamati.

Bullying or Bullying is familiar to the public. Bullying is a form of violence that occurs among teenagers. Bullying is a form of violent behavior with the power to hurt a person or group verbally, physically or psychologically. Therefore, support from the family is really needed by victims of bullying. In society we see that there are still many cases of bullying that occur in schools. Actions can result in depression, decreased academic performance. The aim of the research is to find out what factors cause bullying to occur in schools, and to find out what obstacles are faced by teachers involved in handling bullying cases. In this research, field research is a direct research object at SMKN 1 Sabang School using a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of statements from people who are observed.

Ethical Guideline for Journal Publication
The publication of an article in JLGS is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific methods. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the editor, the reviewer, the publisher, and the society. As the publisher of JLGS takes its duties of guardianship over all stages of publishing seriously and it recognizes its ethical and other responsibilities. JLGS committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on editorial decisions.
Publication Decisions
The editors of JLGS are responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The editors may be guided by the policies of JLGS editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers in making publication decisions.
