PENYULUHAN SADARI PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI MADRASAH ALIYAH DAYAH RUHUL ISLAM ANAK BANGSA KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR
Abstract
Kanker payudara menjadi salah satu jenis kanker yang berada pada urutan pertama di Asia maupun di Indonesia. Kasus kanker baru di dunia mencapai angka 20 juta kasus, dengan jumlah kematian sebesar 9,7 juta kasus. Dari angka ini, kanker paru memiliki kasus terbanyak (12,4%), diikuti kanker payudara (11,6%), kanker kolorektal (9,6%), kanker prostat (7,3%), dan kanker perut (4,9%). Penderita kanker payudara memulai pengobatan pada stadium lanjut. Kanker payudara bisa diatasi jika penderita mulai mendeteksi dan mengobatinya sejak dini. Upaya dini untuk melakukan skrining kanker payudara adalah dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI). Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran para remaja putri agar mendeteksi secara dini kanker payudara melalui SADARI. Pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan 17 November 2023 di Madrasah Aliyah Dayah Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa Kabuapten Aceh Besar dengan peserta siswi kelas III yang hadir pada hari kegiatan penyuluhan. Kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan ini melibatkan peran aktif mahasiswa Prodi D-III dan S1 Kebidanan Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia. Setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dan praktik melakukan SADARI, remaja putri telah dapat melakukan sadari untuk medeteksi dini kanker payudara, dan akan melakukan sadari secara rutin seminggu setelah menstruasi.

Breast cancer is one type of cancer that is in first place in Asia and Indonesia. New cancer cases in the world reached 20 million cases, with a death toll of 9.7 million cases. Of this figure, lung cancer has the most cases (12.4%), followed by breast cancer (11.6%), colorectal cancer (9.6%), prostate cancer (7.3%), and stomach cancer (4, 9%). Breast cancer also occupies the top 5 positions for causes of cancer death. Breast cancer sufferers start treatment at an advanced stage. Breast cancer can be overcome if sufferers start detecting and treating it early. An early effort to screen for breast cancer is with the BSE program or breast self-examination. The aim of this outreach is to increase knowledge and awareness among young women regarding breast cancer which can be detected early through breast self-examination (BSE). This outreach activity was carried out on November 17 2023 at MAS Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa, Aceh Besar Regency with class III female students attending on the day of the outreach activity. This health education activity involves the active role of D-III and Bachelor of Midwifery Study Program students at Ubudiyah University, Indonesia. After health education and practice of awareness, young women are able to carry out awareness to detect breast cancer early, and will carry out awareness regularly a week after menstruation.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining such agreement.
Requests for changes in authorship (order of listing or addition or deletion of names) after submission should be accompanied by signed statements of agreement from all the parties involved. To maintain and protect the publisher‘s ownership and rights and to protect the original authors from misappropriations of their published work, author(s) are required to sign a Journal Publishing Agreement and send it to the editorial office (jhtm@uui.ac.id).
II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
