Parents have an important role in determining their child's nutritional status. Parents' educational level is expected to be willing and able to behave well in order to improve their child's nutritional situation. The nutritional status of toddlers is determined by the degree of physical need for energy and nutrients obtained from food or foods whose physical impacts can be measured using anthropometry. In toddlers who are malnourished, their immune system is low so that children are often exposed to infectious diseases. As a result, the child cannot grow and develop optimally, where the child appears thin and short, especially under five years of age (toddlers), many of whom suffer from Protein Energy Deficiency (PEM). Apart from that, malnourished children's growth and brain development are not optimal, which can reduce intelligence and ultimately result in children becoming stunted. Methods for implementing activities or strategies used to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about balanced nutrition for toddlers, stunting nutritional problems and maintaining normal nutritional status.
