SOSIALISASI POLA HIDUP SEHAT BAGI SISWA DI SIT FAJAR HIDAYAH INTEGRATED BOARDING SCHOOL BLANG BINTANG ACEH BESAR
Abstrak
Dalam Undang-undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional disebutkan bahwa Perguruan Tinggi wajib melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu: pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat juga dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia secara berkala dalam satu semester atau pun pertahun akademik. Sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan oleh Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia adalah: “Sosialisasi Pola Hidup Sehat bagi Siswa di SIT Fajar Hidayah Integrated Boarding School Blang Bintang Aceh Besarâ€. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Sekolah adalah sekumpulan perilaku yang dipraktikkan oleh peserta didik, guru dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah atas dasar kesadaran sebagai hasil pembelajaran, sehingga secara mandiri mampu mencegah penyakit, meningkatkan kesehatannya, serta berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan lingkungan sehat. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan untuk membantu permasalahan ini bertujuan agar para siswa memiliki wawasan yang luas sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah. Individu yang cerdas adalah individu yang sehat. Siswa di sekolah sebagai cikal bakal SDM bangsa yang menentukan baik buruk peradaban bangsa ke depan. Maka dari itu, pola hidup sehat merupakan faktor penting yang menentukan kesehatan dan eksistensi diri di masa depan. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini mengikuti teknis pelaksanaan tindakan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yang terdiri dari tahap: persiapan atau perencanaan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil pelaksanaan sosialisasi pola hidup sehat di sekolah ini menunjukkan (1) adanya peningkatan pola hidup sehat pada diri siswa; (2) para siswa antusias mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi pola hidup sehat dan mengaku perlu adanya kegiatan-kegiatan lanjutan tentang kesehatan di sekolah; dan (3) Peningkatan wawasan dan pola hidup sehat di SIT Fajar Hidayah Aceh akan akan ditindaklanjuti dengan kegiatan-kegiatan Apotek Sehat Sekolah, Meracik Obat Sehat Tradisionl dan sebagainya.

In Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, it is stated that Universities are obliged to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely: teaching, research and community service. Community service programs are also carried out by the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia periodically in one semester or per academic year. As one form of community service that can be done by the University of Ubudiyah Indonesia is: "Socialization of Healthy Lifestyles for Students at SIT Fajar Hidayah Integrated Boarding School Blang Bintang Aceh Besar". Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in Schools is a set of behaviors practiced by students, teachers and the school community on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, so that they can independently prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. Therefore, the implementation of community service carried out to help with this problem aims to make students have broad insights so that they can be implemented in everyday life at school. Intelligent individuals are healthy individuals. Students in schools are the forerunners of the nation's human resources who determine the good and bad of the nation's civilization in the future. Therefore, a healthy lifestyle is an important factor that determines health and self-existence in the future. The method of implementing this socialization activity follows the technical implementation of the action which consists of 4 stages, consisting of stages: preparation or planning, implementation of socialization, evaluation and reflection. The results of the implementation of the socialization of healthy lifestyles in this school showed (1) an increase in the healthy lifestyle of students; (2) the students enthusiastically participated in the socialization of healthy lifestyles and admitted the need for follow-up activities on health in schools; and (3) The improvement of knowledge and healthy lifestyle at SIT Fajar Hidayah Aceh will be followed up with activities of School Healthy Pharmacy, Mixing Traditional Healthy Medicines and so on.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. They must also have agreed that the corresponding author may act on their behalf throughout the editorial review and publication process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining such agreement.
Requests for changes in authorship (order of listing or addition or deletion of names) after submission should be accompanied by signed statements of agreement from all the parties involved. To maintain and protect the publisher‘s ownership and rights and to protect the original authors from misappropriations of their published work, author(s) are required to sign a Journal Publishing Agreement and send it to the editorial office (jhtm@uui.ac.id).
II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
