FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN JAMBAN KELUARGA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIMPANG MAMPLAM KABUPATEN BIREUEN TAHUN 2022
Abstrak
Data Puskesmas Simpang Mamplam tahun 2022 melaporkan bahwa 23,1% masyarakat masih menggunakan jamban tidak memenuhi syarat atau kepemilikan jamban tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor - faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan jamban keluarga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga yang berjumlah 2.520 KK dari 10 desa yang tidak memiliki jamban terbanyak di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Mamplam dan sampel ditentukan dengan tekhnik random sampling yaitu 96 kepala keluarga. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2022. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Chi Square Test (α=95%). Hasil penelitian univariat menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pemanfaatan jamban (66,7%), pengetahuan kurang baik (57,3%), pendapatan keluarga rendah (55,2%), sikap kurang baik (55,2%), petugas kesehatan kurang berperan (58,3%), dan kondisi jamban tidak memenuhi syarat (59,4%). Hasil uji statistik bivariate diperoleh ada hubungan pengetahuan (p = 0,006), pendapatan (p= 0,001), sikap (p= 0,004), peran petugas kesehatan (p= 0,013), dan kondisi jamban (p= 0,008) dengan pemanfaatan jamban keluarga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2022. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan, pendapatan, sikap, peran petugas kesehatan dan kondisi jamban menjadi faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan jamban keluarga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Mamplam Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2022. Disarankan pada petugas puskesmas dapat melakukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap melalui pemberian informasi yang intensif dengan berkunjung ke rumah warga dan memberikan penyuluhan dan leaflet tentang manfaat jamban sehat.

Data from the Simpang Mamplam Health Center for 2022 reported that 23.1% of the community still used latrines that did not meet the requirements or owned unhealthy latrines. This study aims to determine the factors related to the use of family latrines in the Simpang Mamplam Health Center Work Area, Bireuen Regency in 2022. This research is an analytical descriptive with a cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out by interviewing using a questionnaire. The population in this study were heads of households totaling 2,520 households from 10 villages that did not have the most latrines in the Simpang Mamplam Health Center Work Area and the sample was determined by random sampling technique, namely 96 household heads. The research was conducted in August 2022. The statistical test used was the Chi Square Test (α=95%). The results of the univariate study showed that there was no use of latrines (66.7%), poor knowledge (57.3%), low family income (55.2%), poor attitude (55.2%), health workers played little role (58.3%), and the condition of the latrines did not meet the requirements (59.4%). The results of the bivariate statistical test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.006), income (p = 0.001), attitude (p = 0.004), the role of health workers (p = 0.013), and latrine conditions (p = 0.008) with family latrine use in Working Area of the Simpang Mamplam Health Center, Bireuen Regency in 2022. The conclusion from this study is that knowledge, income, attitudes, the role of health workers and the condition of the latrines are factors related to the use of family latrines in the Simpang Mamplam Health Center Work Area, Bireuen Regency in 2022. It is recommended for puskesmas officers can increase knowledge and attitudes through providing intensive information by visiting residents' homes and providing counseling and leaflets about the benefits of healthy latrines.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
