Early detection of hypertension is very important in preventing dangerous further complications. However, in reality, many individuals only find out they have hypertension after complications occur. The low level of public awareness regarding the importance of early detection and management of hypertension is a major challenge in controlling this disease. In addition, although health services for the detection and treatment of hypertension are available in various community health facilities, such as community health centers and posyandu, their utilization by the community is still relatively low. Factors such as lack of information, fear, or ignorance about how to utilize health services often hinder people's access to existing facilities. The aim of this activity is not only to increase public knowledge about hypertension, but also to encourage positive behavioral changes in maintaining health. The public needs to understand that hypertension can be prevented and managed effectively if detected early.Â
