Background: Socialization of prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Gampong Cadek, Baitussalam District, focuses on efforts to introduce the community to the increasing dangers and impacts of NCDs. Diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease not only cause a decrease in quality of life, but also result in an economic burden for families and the wider community. In rural areas such as Gampong Cadek, awareness of NCDs and their risk factors is often still low, which causes an increase in the incidence of these diseases. Activity Objectives: to reduce the incidence of NCDs and improve the quality of life of the community through changes in healthy lifestyles and proactive prevention. Community Service Method: Increasing knowledge and an effective and participatory approach. Activity Results: This activity succeeded in achieving the main target, namely increasing health awareness for villagers and encouraging the implementation of healthy lifestyles. More than 80% of participants understood the risk factors for NCDs, and around 70% showed a change in attitude towards the importance of proactively maintaining health. In addition, participants also showed enthusiasm for the basic health checks provided during the activity, such as measuring blood pressure and blood sugar levels, which play an important role in early detection of NCD risk.
