SOSIALISASI DAN EDUKASI MANFAAT TEMPE SEBAGAI PANGAN FUNGSIONAL UNTUK MENCEGAH ANEMIA GIZI PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMK NEGERI 3 BANDA ACEH
Abstrak
Anemia gizi, merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang umum terjadi pada remaja putri di Indonesia terutama di usia sekolah. Anemia pada remaja putri dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan, produktivitas, serta perkembangan kognitif dan fisik mereka. Salah satu penyebab utama anemia pada remaja adalah asupan zat besi yang tidak mencukupi dari pola makan sehari-hari. Tempe, sebagai salah satu pangan tradisional Indonesia, memiliki potensi besar sebagai makanan fungsional yang dapat membantu mencegah anemia. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai manfaat tempe sebagai pangan fungsional untuk mencegah anemia sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Program ini ditujukan kepada remaja putri di SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh, mengingat pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran akan gizi pada kelompok usia ini. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi ini mengikuti teknis pelaksanaan tindakan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yang terdiri dari tahap: persiapan atau perencanaan, pelaksanaan sosialisasi, evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil pelaksanaan sosialisasi di SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh ini menunjukkan (1) adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman remaja putri di SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya asupan zat besi dan cara mencegah anemia gizi dengan konsumsi makanan bergizi terutama tempe; (2) adanya peningkatan konsumsi tempe di kalangan siswa dan menjadikan tempe sebagai bagian dari pola makan sehari-hari, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah guna mencegah anemia; (3) adanya perubahan perilaku positif dan pola makan remaja yang lebih sadar akan pentingnya memilih makanan sehat dan bergizi; dan (4) terjadinya penurunan angka anemia dengan peningkatan asupan zat besi dan gizi dari tempe di kalangan remaja putri SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh.

Nutritional anemia is a health problem that commonly occurs in young women in Indonesia, especially at school age. Anemia in adolescent girls can have a negative impact on their health, productivity, and cognitive and physical development. One of the main causes of anemia in teenagers is insufficient iron intake from daily diet. Tempe, as one of Indonesia's traditional foods, has great potential as a functional food that can help prevent anemia. Therefore, community service in the form of outreach and education regarding the benefits of tempeh as a functional food to prevent anemia is very important to do. This program is aimed at young women at SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh, considering the importance of increasing awareness of nutrition in this age group. The method for implementing this socialization activity follows the technical implementation of the action which consists of 4 stages, consisting of: preparation or planning, implementation of socialization, evaluation and reflection. The results of the outreach at SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh show (1) an increase in awareness and better understanding of young women at SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh about the importance of iron intake and how to prevent nutritional anemia by consuming nutritious foods, especially tempeh; (2) there is an increase in tempeh consumption among students and making tempeh a part of their daily diet, both at home and at school to prevent anemia; (3) there is a change in positive behavior and eating patterns of teenagers who are more aware of the importance of choosing healthy and nutritious food; and (4) a decrease in anemia rates with increased intake of iron and nutrients from tempeh among young women at SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. To maintain and protect the publisher‘s ownership and rights and to protect the original authors from misappropriations of their published work, author(s) are required to sign a Journal Publishing Agreement and send it to the editorial office (jhtm@uui.ac.id).
II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
