Based on the results of initial examinations on 15 people, it turned out that 12 people (80%) suffered from dental caries. This activity aims to improve the level of dental and oral health by providing promotional and preventive services on dental and oral health (fissure sealants) which are carried out in health efforts based on school-aged children in the community. Increasing knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding dental health related to caries risk factors. This activity can also be used as an effort by community health centers and schools to carry out UKGMD activities and implement UKGS programs in dental health promotion activities in the community. Implementing prevention through dental health fissure sealant in the community can make children aware of the risk factors for caries and efforts to prevent the risk of caries from an early age.
