Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Stres Pada Anak Prasekolah Akibat Hospitalisasi di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Kota Banda Aceh

Latar Belakang : Pengantar Lingkungan rumah sakit memberikan pengaruh bagi kesehatan pada anak. Stres hospitalisasi menjadi respon yang dihadapi anak saat menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Anak yang dirawat mengalami perubahan emosional yang menyebabkan masalah stress pada anak sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya identifikasi terkait faktor pendukungnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stress pada anak prasekolah akibat hospitalisasi di Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Kota Banda Aceh. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah deskripsi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak prasekolah yang dirawat dengan jumlah pengambilan sampel total sampling yaitu 35 responden. Waktu penumpulan data mulai dilakukan pada tanggal 23 Juni sampai 5 Juli 2023. Hasil : Berdasarkan uji chi-square test, hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh faktor lingkungan rumah sakit akibat hospitalisasi pada anak prasekolah dengan nilai p-value = 0,000, ada pengaruh faktor perpisahan akibat hospitalisasi p-value = 0,000, ada pengaruh faktor sistem pendukung akibat hospitalisasi p-value = 0,000 dan tidak ada pengaruh faktor pengalaman pelayanan kesehatan akibat hospitalisasi p-value = 1,000. Saran : Diharapkan pada keluarga dan perawat dapat sama sama memberikan perhatian, sentuhan teurapeutik dan memberikan suasana lingkungan yang nyaman bagi anak sehingga anak yang dirawat bisa merasakan kenyamanan selama mendapatkan perawatan

Background: Introduction The hospital environment has an influence on children's health. Hospitalization stress is a response that children face when undergoing treatment in hospital. Children who are being treated experience emotional changes that cause stress problems in children, so efforts need to be made to identify the supporting factors. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence stress in preschool children due to hospitalization at the Banda Aceh City Mother and Child Hospital. Method: The design of this research is a correlation description with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were preschool children who were cared for with a total sampling size of 35 respondents. The time for data collection will start from June 23 to July 5 2023. Results: Based on the chi-square test, the results of the study show that there is an influence of hospital environmental factors due to hospitalization in preschool children with a p-value = 0.000, there is an influence of separation factors due to hospitalization p-value = 0.000, there is an influence of support system factors due to hospitalization p-value = 0.000 and there is no influence of health service experience factors due to hospitalization p-value = 1.000. Suggestion: It is hoped that families and nurses can both provide attention, therapeutic touch and provide a comfortable environment for the child so that the child being cared for can feel comfortable while receiving treatment.

II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION

The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
