Faktor-Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Status Gizi Balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Latar Belakang : Masalah Kesehatan di Indonesia salah satunya adalah masalah gizi, prevalensi gizi kurang di Indonesia pada tahun 2020 sebesar 13,80%, prevalensi gizi kurang pada balita di Provinsi Aceh 8,4% dan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar sebesar 7,6%. Data yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Lhoknga jumlah Balita yang mengalami gizi kurang sebanyak 119 orang (27,6%). Tujuan Penelitian : adalah Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini bersifat analitik, analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak balita periode Januari sampai September 2022 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga sebanyak 431 orang. Sampel yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak balita tahun 2022 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 orang balita yang berada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 20 sampai 29 Desember 2022 dan di Analisa menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian : Ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan status gizi balita dengan nilai P Value (0,002). Ada hubungan pendapatan dengan status gizi balita dengan nilai P Value (0,001). Ada hubungan penyakit infeksi dengan status gizi balita dengan nilai P Value (0,011). Ada hubungan jarak kelahiran dengan status gizi balita dengan nilai P Value (0,005). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan pendapatan, pengetahuan, penyakit infeksi dan jarak kehamilan dengan status gizi.

Background: One of the health problems in Indonesia is nutritional problems, the prevalence of malnutrition in Indonesia in 2020 was 13.80%, the prevalence of malnutrition among children under five in Aceh Province was 8.4% and in Aceh Besar District it was 7.6%. Data obtained from the Lhoknga Community Health Center, the number of toddlers experiencing malnutrition was 119 people (27.6%). Research Objective: is to determine the factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers in the Lhoknga Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency in 2022. Research Method: This type of research is analytical, analytical using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had children under five in the period January to September 2022 in the Lhoknga Community Health Center Working Area, totaling 431 people. The samples taken in this research were all mothers who had children under five in 2022 in the Lhoknga Community Health Center Working Area. The number of samples in this study was 81 toddlers in the Lhoknga Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. The time of the research was carried out from 20 to 29 December 2022 and analyzed using the Chi Square Test. Research Results: There is a relationship between knowledge and the nutritional status of toddlers with a P value (0.002). There is a relationship between income and the nutritional status of toddlers with a P value (0.001). There is a relationship between infectious diseases and the nutritional status of children under five with a P value (0.011). There is a relationship between birth distance and the nutritional status of toddlers with a P value (0.005). Conclusion: There is a relationship between income, knowledge, infectious diseases and pregnancy interval with nutritional status.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
