STUDI RISIKO PENYAKIT INFEKSI PADA MASYARAKAT TERDAMPAK BANJIR DI DESA MANYANG CUT KECAMATAN MEUREUDU KABUPATEN PIDIE TAHUN 2026

Abstrak Banjir merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia dan berdampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya dalam meningkatkan risiko penyakit infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko penyakit infeksi pada masyarakat terdampak banjir di Desa Manyang Cut, Kecamatan Meureudu, Kabupaten Pidie tahun 2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih secara random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 59% responden mengalami penyakit infeksi, dengan jenis penyakit yang dominan adalah diare, ISPA, dan penyakit kulit. Analisa univariat menunjukkan bahwa 50% responden memiliki sanitasi lingkungan buruk, 44% memiliki akses air bersih tidak cukup, dan 37% memiliki PHBS rendah. Analisa bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara sanitasi lingkungan (p=0,042), akses air bersih (p=0,023), dan PHBS (p=0,017) dengan kejadian penyakit infeksi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sanitasi lingkungan, akses air bersih, dan PHBS merupakan faktor risiko utama yang berhubungan dengan kejadian penyakit infeksi pada masyarakat terdampak banjir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan sanitasi, penyediaan air bersih, serta edukasi PHBS untuk menurunkan risiko penyakit infeksi di daerah rawan banjir. Abstract Flooding is a natural disaster that frequently occurs in Indonesia and has a significant impact on public health, particularly in increasing the risk of infectious diseases. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of infectious diseases among communities affected by flooding in Manyang Cut Village, Meureudu Subdistrict, Pidie Regency in 2026. This research used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design involving 100 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, and analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 95%. The results showed that 59% of respondents experienced infectious diseases, with the most common types being diarrhea, acute respiratory infections (ARI), and skin diseases. Univariate analysis indicated that 50% of respondents had poor environmental sanitation, 44% had insufficient access to clean water, and 37% had low clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Bivariate analysis revealed significant relationships between environmental sanitation (p=0.042), access to clean water (p=0.023), and PHBS (p=0.017) with the incidence of infectious diseases. The conclusion of this study is that environmental sanitation, access to clean water, and PHBS are the main risk factors associated with the occurrence of infectious diseases among flood-affected communities. Therefore, efforts to improve sanitation, provide adequate clean water, and promote PHBS education are necessary to reduce the risk of infectious diseases in flood-prone areas. II. PERMISSION

III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.

IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
