SOSIALISASI TENTANG STATUS GIZI PADA REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 1 BAITUSSALAM KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR
Abstract
Permasalahan gizi yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini telah menjadi permasalahan gizi ganda yaitu gizi kurang dan gizi lebih. Kelompok remaja merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rawan mengalami masalah gizi (gizi lebih atau gizi kurang). Masalah gizi dipengaruhi oleh ketidakseimbangan antara aktivitas fisik dan asupan gizi pada remaja. Remaja perempuan di Indonesia mayoritas memiliki aktivitas fisik yang kurang yaitu sebesar 85% , sedangkan laki-laki sebesar 78%. Kebiasaan makan yang buruk akan menjadi penyebab timbulnya masalah gizi (gizi lebih atau gizi kurang), seperti sering melewatkan sarapan pagi dan mengkonsumsi jajanan yang tinggi kalori menyebabkan sebagian remaja di Nigeria memiliki status gizi yang kurang. Remaja yang berusia 10-14 tahun memiliki prevalensi aktivitas fisik yang kurang yaitu sebesar 68,95% dan umur 15-19 tahun pada kategori aktivitas fisik yang kurang sebesar 54,36 Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan topik “Sosialisasi tentang status gizi pada remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besarâ€.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengambil lokasi di SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Dengan 35 Siswi. Waktu peaksanaan 1 hari pada tanggal 9 Februari 2023 di SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

The nutritional problems that occur in Indonesia today have become multiple nutritional problems, namely undernutrition and overnutrition. Adolescents are a group that is prone to nutritional problems (over nutrition or under nutrition). Nutritional problems are influenced by an imbalance between physical activity and nutritional intake in adolescents. The majority of teenage girls in Indonesia have less physical activity, namely 85%, while boys are 78%. Poor eating habits will be a cause of nutritional problems (over nutrition or under nutrition), such as often skipping breakfast and consuming snacks that are high in calories causing some adolescents in Nigeria to have poor nutritional status. Adolescents aged 10-14 years have a prevalence of less physical activity which is equal to 68.95% and aged 15-19 years in the category of less physical activity of 54.36 Counseling is carried out on the topic "Socialization of the nutritional status of adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Baitussalam Aceh Besar Districtâ€. This community service took place at Baitussalam 1 Public High School, Aceh Besar District. With 35 Girls. The peak time is 1 day on February 9 2023 at Baitussalam 1 Public High School, Aceh Besar District.

I. ORIGINALITY, AUTHORSHIP, AND COPYRIGHT
The manuscripts submitted for publication must be research works written in English that have not been previously published and  are not being considered for publication elsewhere. All the authors must have agreed to the submission and to the order of their names on the title page. II. PERMISSION
The author is responsible for acquiring the permission(s) to reproduce any copyrighted figures, tables, data, or text that are being used in the submitted paper. Authors should note that text quotations of more than 250 words from a published or copyrighted work will require grant of permission from the original publisher to reprint. The written permission letter(s) must be submitted together with the manuscript.
III. EDITORIAL REVIEW AND REVISION
All papers will be critically read by at least two anonymous reviewers, selected for their competence in the subject area of the paper. Acceptance of the paper will depend upon its scientific merit and suitability for the journal. A paper may be accepted in its original form or subject to revision.
The reviewers' (and editor's) suggestions will be conveyed to the author, who will then have an opportunity to revise the paper. A manuscript returned to an author for revision can be held for a maximum of eight weeks.
The accepted paper will be edited by native English speakers. The cost of language editing service is currently free.
IV. PROOFS
Galley proofs (PDF format) for an accepted article will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author for copyediting corrections. The core content of an article cannot be changed at this time. It is the author's responsibility to check the entire manuscript, including tables, figure legends, and cited reference numbers, not just the items queried. The proofs should be corrected and mailed to the editorial office within 48 hours of receipt in order to expedite publication. Only one set of corrections will be accepted. In other words, it is important to ensure that all of your corrections are sent to us in one communication.
V. Â REPRINTS
Five free reprint copies of the published article will be shipped to the corresponding authors in Indonesia only, approximately two weeks after the issue is printed. Authors, including overseas authors, who wish to purchase reprints, are required to complete the Reprint Order Form, which will be sent with the galley proofs to corresponding authors. This form must be returned together with the corrected galley proofs.
